Tim is the Director of Business Development and Partnerships for Great British Energy (GBE). Tim joined GBE from the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). Most recently Tim was on secondment to National Grid to support the creation of the National Energy System Operator (NESO). Prior to this he led HMG’s commercial energy negotiations following the Ukraine invasion. During the COVID-19 pandemic Tim was the Director and Steering Group Member of the UK’s Vaccine Taskforce.

Christine is a Portfolio Director at Octopus Energy Generation, working with development platforms in Europe, transitioning to a CEO role with Exagen Group (an Octopus backed business) in October 2026. Prior to joining Octopus, Christine was a managing director at BayWa r.e., overseeing a pipeline of onshore wind, PV and BESS projects through development, construction and M&A across the UK and Ireland. 

Keila is the Development Director of Electric Land with over 10 years’ experience in utility scale energy generation projects, having successfully delivered over 2GW of projects in the UK.

She is responsible for designing the project origination strategy, overseeing project development activities, market entry design and stakeholder management.

Liv Miller is an Investment Director with over 15 years’ experience in development and investment in renewable energy, including solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, BESS, bio-CNG refuelling, biogas, and green hydrogen. Liv is responsible for Quinbrook’s investment activities in the UK and Ireland.  

Liv joined Quinbrook in 2024 from Statkraft, where she was Vice President of Corporate Transactions leading negotiations across solar, onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen and green ammonia focussed on the UK, Ireland and Norway.

Previously, she was Senior Investment Manager at Ingenious for their renewable energy funds investing in wind, solar, anaerobic digestion and bio-CNG as well as Senior Development Manager at Lightsource, developing UK solar PV.

She holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.

Alex Underwood brings more than 18 years’ experience providing legal and investment counsel across the energy sector. In role as General Counsel and Corporate Development Director at Eclipse Power, he leads on corporate structuring, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, supporting the business’s long-term growth ambitions. 

Alex has built his career across both private practice and in-house legal roles, working across multiple disciplines. His previous experience has given him a deep understanding of the legal and commercial drivers behind successful renewable and wider energy transition projects, businesses and joint ventures. 

Gareth has over two decades of director level experience across infrastructure project finance, energy policy, consultancy, and in the leadership of high-growth, insight-driven businesses that serve the energy sector. Gareth most recently served as the CEO of Cornwall Insight, a prominent energy analytics, research and consultancy firm, covering the UK, Irish, Northern European and Australian energy markets. Before that, he headed a successful renewable energy project finance team at Barclays covering the UK and Western Europe, as well as spending time at the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) devising policy as part of the UK’s Electricity Market Reform (EMR) programme. Gareth now holds several advisory and non-executive director and chair positions, working with companies such as Downing, Renewable Exchange, Brockwell Energy, and SSEN. His expertise is in the commercial, investment and policy aspects of the energy transition

Dr Deborah Allen has more than 30 years sustainability experience across both consultancy and industry.  She spent 10 years in technical consultancy advising on M&A transactions for the chemical, oil and power industries prior to joining BAE Systems, one of the world’s largest defence companies, in 2001.  Here, she has led the development of the sustainability agenda within BAE Systems and influenced the broader defence sector development on environmental, social and governance. Deborah currently directs BAE Systems global programme on climate resilience, energy and infrastructure including setting the Group long term energy investment strategy.  She chairs the Climate & Defence Task Force for the European Aerospace, Defence & Security (ASD) group of companies, sits on the Board of International Aerospace Environmental Group and is also a Non-Executive Director of the UK National Composite Centre.

James is an energy markets specialist whose work focuses on the power price risk management within Octopus Energy Generation's funds, which totals £7bn under management at the time of writing . Key to James' role is leading on the origination of structuring of utility and corporate PPAs as a risk management tool for Octopus Energy Generation's solar and wind farms.

Guy is an experienced investor and developer of energy and infrastructure projects with over a decade in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining Luminous Energy as Chief Investment Officer, he was Head of Energy for Blackfinch Investments, a FCA registered fund manager with over £800m of AUM. At Blackfinch, Guy originated and deployed over £100m in new equity capital commitments across seventeen separate acquisitions as principal and arranged project finance facilities in excess of £200m. Guy is leading on Luminous Energy’s transition to an IPP and recently oversaw the energisation of its first solar farm

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sustainability, David brings over 15 years of experience across renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and high-growth ventures. He leads Greenfield’s vision, strategy, and expansion across the UK, while spearheading the company’s continued growth into key European markets, with a particular focus on the Nordics.

Adrien Pinsard has twenty years of renewable energy investment and development experience.  

Prior to founding Telis, Adrien was Interim CEO of the Macquarie Group 11GW European solar energy developer, Cero Generation.

Before that, Adrien spent 14 years at Platina Energy Partners, where he led the energy team as a partner and deployed €1bn in renewables.

Dmitry Golubikhin is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech.

Based in London, Dmitry has over 20 years of experience advising companies within Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure sectors with focus on Data Centre sector and related adjacencies.

Notable recent transactions include advising IFM Investors on acquisition of Green (Switzerland) from Infravia, Arjun Infrastructure and Interogo Holding on investment in Data4 StableCo (France, Italy and Spain), CVC DIF on acquisition of Manx Telecom (Isle of Man), BlackRock on acquisition of 50.1% stake in Mainova WebHouse (Germany), Echelon Data Centres (Ireland) on a US$850m investment from Starwood Capital Group, Ardian on a US$660m acquisition of Verne Global (Iceland, Finland and the UK), GIC on acquisition of a minority stake in CETIN (Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia), Allianz Capital Partners on acquisition of a minority stake in American Tower Europe (Spain, France and Germany, c.€1bn) and a 50/50 partnership with Telefonica to roll-out FTTH network in rural Germany (€5bn).

Dmitry joined Nomura in 2019 from VEON (previously Vimpelcom), a telecommunications corporation in Amsterdam, where he worked as an M&A Director. Prior to joining VEON, Dmitry held positions at Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, UniCredit, and Ernst & Young.

Dmitry holds a degree in Strategic Management from the State University of Management in Moscow. Dmitry also holds CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst of CFA Institute in the US) and ACA (Associated Chartered Accountant of ICAEW in the UK) professional designations.

Gary Watson, Managing Director at Stellanor, brings over 30 years of experience leading and scaling global data center platforms.He has held senior leadership roles at Keppel DC REIT and Sungard Availability Services, with full accountability for P&L, strategy, and operations across Ireland and Europe. Earlier, at TelecityGroup (now Equinix), he led major integrations and managed multi-site data center operations across the UK and key European markets.

At Stellanor, Gary is responsible for driving the overall performance and growth of the platform—ensuring operational excellence, commercial discipline, and consistent service delivery as the business scales, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability.

Tom Palmer is the Director of Business Development for grid scale storage at Zenobe responsible for developing grid scale energy storage projects, participating in wider system services and policy/regulatory development. Tom has worked in electricity sector for over 20 years, covering battery storage, thermal plants, renewables, DSR, upstream oil and gas and more. He has also worked at Ofgem, EDF Energy, Origami, Cornwall Insight, RWE Renewables and other consultancies.

Gareth has been helping clients invest in the energy transition, renewables and sustainable infrastructure sectors for over 15 years. He co-leads Gowling WLG's global Energy, Nuclear, Natural Resources and Infrastructure sector group.

 His work typically involves a cross-over between M&A, private equity and project development and he advises on a range of areas include the acquisition and disposal of development, in-construction or operating projects, unlisted funds, joint ventures, collaboration arrangements and joint development agreements. He has advised both in the UK and internationally across a range of sub-sectors.

Ben is a partner in Forvis Mazar's Infrastructure finance team, responsible for leading our Financial advisory and valuations service offering in the Energy and infrastructure sectors. Ben has a specific focus on EMEA transactions, whilst also working with our local teams to sign off valuations in the sector globally.

Ben has nearly 20 years of sector experience, with a strong track record of closing deals and signing off valuations for large infrastructure funds, utilities, project developers, lenders and other clients. Ben has broad experience across the social infrastructure, transport and energy sectors, with particular expertise in the renewable energy and broader energy transition space, increasingly supplemented with “core plus” infrastructure experience for funds looking to expand their investment remit.

Ben’s range of financial advisory services includes M&A lead advisory (on the buy side and sell side), equity and debt capital raising, financial structuring, transaction support and financial modelling. His valuation experience covers well over £20bn investments for large listed and unlisted debt and equity funds.

Gauri is Head of Project Finance UK, Middle East and Africa in Siemens Bank. She has more than 20 years of in-depth experience in the energy and renewables sector. She has led deal teams on a number of notable transactions in the UK and Europe ranging across all technologies from wind (onshore and offshore), solar, biomass, WtE, biogas, hydro and complimentary infrastructure including batteries and flexible generation.

She has led on a number of landmark transactions including platform financings for Ventient Energy, Octopus Energy, Greencoat Wind, NTR, LightsourceBP, JPMAM, Saeta Yield, EIP and other clients for multiple technologies to grow cross-border renewable portfolios. These transactions have involved a mix of offtake structures and project pipelines in various stages of development. Gauri is focussed on the energy transition through established technologies but also working on carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and green fuels including decarbonisation of hard to abate sectors.

Prior to joining Siemens, Gauri was Head of Energy at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management for 3 years, having previously worked in the Project Finance at Natwest (formerly RBS) for 14 years. As a thought leader in the sector she is a regular speaker on panels and at conferences.

Silvia is Director of Corporate Finance at Econergy. She has over two decades of experience in capital raising and investment banking, with prior roles in infrastructure and renewables at IFM Investors and Santander Asset Management.

Julia is an Investment Director at Octopus Energy Generation, where she leads fundraising and investments in solar, onshore wind and BESS projects. She has raised and now manages two funds with a combined EV of £1.3bn.

She enjoys working alongside entrepreneurs to help scale innovative businesses, and serves as a non-executive director on the boards of several developers. She is particularly passionate about backing businesses that accelerate the energy transition.

Before Octopus, Julia invested in renewable energy projects across Europe at private equity firm Platina Partners, where she also developed greenfield solar projects.

She holds a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School.

Ingrid is Managing Director in Private Sector Finance, responsible for investments across sectors including energy storage, green steel and critical minerals.  

She brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment, project finance and advisory, spanning sectors across energy transition and digital infrastructure. She has worked across both debt and equity investments, leading complex transactions across UK and Europe from origination through to execution and portfolio management.

Before joining, Ingrid was Senior Investment Director at Downing, leading investments in renewable generation, storage and power solutions for data-centre development. Previously she was part of the founding team of Columbia Threadneedle’s European sustainable infrastructure platform, raising institutional capital and leading investments across renewables, data centres and transportation. Ingrid also held roles at Hastings Funds Management and HSBC Asset Management, having started her career in project finance and credit analysis at SMBC and Standard & Poor’s.
