Angelo Acconcia joined ArcLight in 2022 and has nearly two decades of private equity and energy investing experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, having spent over 17 years in their Private Equity Group and was one of the founding partners of their energy fund, Blackstone Energy Partners. During his time at Blackstone, Mr. Acconcia worked across a diverse set of sectors including chemicals, industrials, packaging, power, technology, telecom and upstream. Before joining Blackstone, he worked at Morgan Stanley in their Global Energy and M&A group, and at CIBC in Investment Banking in Canada and Hong Kong. Mr. Acconcia holds an Honors degree in Business from Queen’s University in Canada.

Judith Judson serves as senior vice president, energy for North America at Vantage Data Centers. Judson leads the development and execution of the company’s energy strategy and is responsible for overseeing utility planning and onsite power generation, ensuring power availability, and driving initiatives for sustainability and optimized energy solutions across the United States and Canada. She has more than 30 years of executive experience in the public sector and commercial energy ecosystem.

Prior to joining Vantage, Judson held numerous executive positions in government where she implemented policies to accelerate renewable energy adoption, including the nation’s first Clean Peak Standard, serving as commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (MassDOER), as well as chair and commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. In her most recent role as CEO of Fortescue Zero, she advanced the company’s zero emission energy technologies and green hydrogen initiatives. Earlier in her career, Judson was vice president of U.S. strategy and head of hydrogen business at National Grid, leading the corporate strategy for electric and gas businesses in addition to the company’s commercial development of hydrogen.

Judson holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. A passionate advocate for clean energy, she is an active speaker and board member, dedicated to advancing energy storage, policy and environmental sustainability.

Todd Glass is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he leads a market-leading energy development and finance practice focused on the representation of energy companies and project developers engaged in competitive new business models, technologies, and financing mechanisms revolutionizing how energy is generated, sold, and consumed in the U.S. electric power sector.

Todd has extensive experience with the development, purchase, and sale of renewable and thermal generation projects; structuring, negotiation, and implementation of energy transactions and financings; and state and federal regulation of the energy industry. He served as lead project counsel in the commercialization, project development, regulatory approvals, and financing of alternative energy projects and technologies, including carbon capture, use and sequestration (CCUS), solar photovoltaic (PV), concentrated solar, wind, energy storage, and hydroelectric plants.

Todd also teaches Energy Project Development and Finance, as an Adjunct Faculty/Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Law.

Lauren is Director of Corporate Development at Longroad Energy. Longroad is a renewable energy company with a portfolio of ~3.7 GWs of operating wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Longroad has developed or acquired 5.6 GW of renewable energy projects across the United States and has raised $15.2 billion of equity, debt, and tax equity to support completion of its portfolio. In her role at Longroad, Lauren sources opportunities to expand Longroad’s pipeline, leads diligence on the assets, and negotiates project acquisition and development service agreements. Prior to joining Longroad in 2021, Lauren worked at Meta for 5 years, doing energy management and procurement for their data center portfolio, and prior to that Lauren worked in Project Finance and M&A at SunEdison. Lauren received her B.S.E in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton University with a concentration in Environmental Studies and Sustainable Energy.

Mike Diverio is a Senior Managing Director in the Infrastructure Group where he focuses on investments in the Digital Infrastructure and Transportation sectors. Since joining Blackstone in 2020, he has been involved in the execution of investments in QTS Realty Trust, Phoenix Tower International, Signature Aviation and the Digital Realty JV.

Prior to Blackstone, Mike worked in corporate private equity, most recently at Apollo Global Management, where he was involved in the investments in Direct ChassisLink, Blume Global, and Qdoba Mexican Eats, and served on the Board of Directors of Direct ChassisLink, Blume Global, Qdoba, and CEC Entertainment. Mike began his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division.

Mike received a BS in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University where he graduated magna cum laude, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of QTS Realty Trust, Phoenix Tower International, and the Digital Realty JV, and as a Board Observer of Signature Aviation. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton.

As VP of Strategy and Development, Colton oversees land and power procurement for Aligned Data Centers.  Sustainability is core when it comes to land remediation.  Land scarcity is here and redevelopment is key.  Colton spearheads Aligned’s efforts to repurpose pre-existing sites to reduce costs, maintain sustainability, and revitalize communities.

Nathan Serota is a Vice President, Digital Infrastructure, at Blue Owl Capital, one of the largest private data center investment platforms in the US, EMEA and APAC. At Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure (BODI), Nate is responsible for energy supply strategy and power-focused development activities. He has over a decade of experience in clean energy and digital infrastructure. Prior to BODI, he was on Google’s energy team, where he led carbon-free energy transactions and hyperscale data center growth initiatives. Before that, he held clean energy investment and development roles at D. E. Shaw and Lightsource bp. Nate holds an MBA from MIT and a bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science from Princeton University

Before joining FlexGen, Jason built a career as a leader, innovator, and builder within the energy industry. He has worked with clients to develop and deploy energy infrastructure across multiple technologies throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. He has led teams responsible for the deployment of utility-scale power generation assets as well as large portfolios of distributed generation resources. His current role with FlexGen is focused on building solutions with FlexGen’s customers and commercial leadership of FlexGen’s business focused on software and services for energy storage. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Joshua Rogol is the Chief Executive Officer of Elevate and has 20 years of experience in energy finance, project development, technology development, and entrepreneurship.

Prior to Elevate, Joshua was President at Strata Clean Energy, where he led origination and development, corporate strategy, and execution across the United States for Strata’s solar and battery energy storage portfolio. Joshua oversaw and directed Strata’s development team that was responsible for contracting 2,500MW of solar and over 4,000MWh of BESS. Before joining Strata, Joshua led global sales and strategy for a leading energy storage technology manufacturer, developing the company’s first utility scale project in Europe, a microgrid facility in Nicaragua, and a behind-the-meter C&I project in the United States. His previous experience also included leading global development for Urban Green Energy (UGE), helping to take the company public in 2014. Joshua was a co-founder of Photon Consulting, a leading renewable energy consulting firm, supporting IPOs, M&A, and business strategy for global leading renewable energy companies and opened their offices in Shanghai. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in International Relations and Economics from Tufts University and completed additional studies at La Universidad de Playa Ancha in Valparaiso, Chile.

Chris is the founder and CEO of GridStor, a battery storage developer/owner/operator backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management based in Portland, OR. He has over two decades of experience in the clean energy sector, leading development and investments in renewable energy projects. Prior to launching GridStor, he led clean energy investing and transaction structuring for Google’s global data center organization and was head of Google’s Portland office. During his seven years at Google, Chris originated and managed investments in both projects and companies totaling over $2B in equity commitments. Prior to Google, he was a co-founder and Chief Development Officer of Element Power, a private equity-backed wind and solar IPP where he built a development team and a portfolio of 5+ GW from the ground up.

Chris began his career in clean energy in 2002 at Zilkha Renewable Energy, which was acquired by Goldman Sachs and became Horizon Wind Energy and later EDPR. He led the West region for EDPR, including building a team of 20 professionals and a portfolio of 6 GW. His other experience includes environmental policy and advocacy roles for both NGOs and government as well as serving as Peace Corps volunteer in Ivory Coast. Chris has a BA from Amherst College and an MPA from Princeton University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Peter Rood is the Chief Development Officer of Spearmint Energy. Peter brings nearly 20 years of clean energy development experience to the firm, including over a decade of experience developing energy storage projects resulting in over $4B of deployed capital. Previously, he led the development of a 3,500 MW of battery storage portfolio at GlidePath Power Solutions, and earlier held roles at RES Americas, NRStor, Acciona Energy, and Gamesa Energy. He holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from the University of Arizona.

Jon Berke is the managing editor of New Project Media, where he covers capital markets activity across all of the major renewable generation verticals. He has been covering alternative asset classes over the course of his 20-year career in journalism, including of infrastructure and private credit.

Before joining FlexGen, Jason built a career as a leader, innovator, and builder within the energy industry. He has worked with clients to develop and deploy energy infrastructure across multiple technologies throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. He has led teams responsible for the deployment of utility-scale power generation assets as well as large portfolios of distributed generation resources. Bryen Alperin joined Foss & Company in November of 2017 and became a shareholder in 2023. As Managing Director, Mr. Alperin leads all aspects of the investment, origination, and asset management process for renewable energy and sustainability funds. Prior to joining Foss & Company, Mr. Alperin worked in commercial banking and led debt financing for a broad range of middle market businesses and commercial projects. Mr. Alperin earned his BA in Economics magna cum laude from the University of California, Davis, and has an Executive Certification in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG from the University of California, Berkeley. He is based out of our Denver office.

Miguel Prado is the Chief Executive Officer of energyRe, where he oversees the management and expansion of the company’s generation and transmission assets to meet the growing demand for reliable, resilient and responsive renewable energy solutions with domestic sources that create economic and community benefits in American cities. 

Mr. Prado joins energyRe from EDP Renewables, a global leader in the renewable energy sector and the world’s fourth largest producer of wind energy, where he most recently served as CEO of North America. Under his leadership, EDPR NA tripled its growth, and quadrupled the value of the company’s publicly traded shares. Mr. Prado was a key driver of the company’s growth to the 4th largest wind generation company in the world. Mr. Prado managed EDPR’s 1,000 U.S.-based employees, and oversaw the company’s 8.8 GWs of renewable projects under management, more than $11 billion of assets and a development pipeline of more than 15 GWs.  As CEO, Mr. Prado was a member of the global management committee and oversaw corporate procurement. In his 19-year tenure with EDP renewables, Mr. Prado also held the title of Head of Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions investing more than $18B in significant acquisitions in 14 different countries. 

Mr. Prado holds PhD in Business and Management from the University of Oviedo and Bradford, UK and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain. 

Vandan Divatia is the Vice President Transmission Policy, Interconnections & Compliance. Over the past 20 years he has held various positions in Operations, Economic Planning, Business Development, Strategy and Compliance.

Vandan has lead evaluation of numerous renewable energy projects from a reliability, economic and environmental perspective resulting in selection of over 15 TWh of clean energy projects including large hydro, wind, solar and fuel cells. In his current role, Vandan oversees Transmission Interconnections including negotiation of commercial agreements and cost recovery, Stakeholder relations for Transmission, and Compliance. Vandan’s current focus also includes shaping policy, strategy and solution development that enables the Grid of the Future to meet carbon emission reduction targets via electrification driven load growth and clean energy integration.

Vandan graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Masters in Power systems during which time his work included applying artificial neural networks for power system applications. His academic experiences also included a Utility Management Program from the University of Connecticut focusing on how to optimize financial and operational performance. Recently, in 2018 he graduated from MIT on program in Strategy and Innovation including a focus on Sustainability.

Vandan serves on the Executive Committee of the Board for the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association with focus on creating a forum for industry wide conversation on the future of energy in New England.

NPM’s Assistant Editor, Jillian Ward, covers the Western Region of the US. Ward keeps an eye on new projects, utility and developer news, state policies impacting renewable energy facilities, and the ongoing unfolding of a Western RTO. She also assists on the editing front for NPM’s North America utility-scale news.

Kevin Yaich leads the business development team at Qcells USA. Kevin is an established M&A leader with more than 25 GW+ of closed transaction (PV, Wind and BESS) across both utility scale and DG. He has one of the most extensive deal track records in the US.

Additionally, Kevin has held leadership positions in multiple large public IPPs, including S&B (Israeli largest IPP), in which he acted as US President. He oversaw Investment, Financing, Asset Management, Construction and Financial Reporting, which gives him a 360 view on the renewable industry. Prior to S&B, Kevin held multiple transactional leadership role at NextEra Energy for 8 years. Kevin started his career as an investment banker in JPMorgan M&A team in NYC. Kevin has worked on 2 IPOs and secured multiple complex financing which bring a valuable experience to Qcells on financial structuring and platform value maximization. His unique skillset allows him to drive business development growth but also impact the rest of the Development group with his experience and strategic thinking.

Shanelle Montana serves as Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Arevon. Montana is a seasoned industry professional, with extensive experience from global, large-scale renewable energy companies and an established track record of driving project pipeline growth.

As CDO, Montana oversees the strategic and efficient expansion of Arevon’s early-stage development portfolio, which currently exceeds 6 gigawatts (GW). Montana also supports the company's ongoing entry into new U.S. markets and leads the execution of the company’s greenfield project development efforts.

Before joining Arevon, Montana held several executive roles at Lightsource bp, most recently as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. In this position, she oversaw a 20 GW pipeline of solar and energy storage projects in the U.S. As Vice President of Development at Lightsource bp, Montana led a 15 GW development portfolio of clean energy projects. She also worked in key roles at BayWa r.e. and EDF Renewables.

Montana earned a Master of Public Policy from American University and also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Hamline University. Montana has served as a Board Member of numerous clean energy associations, including Clean Grid Alliance, and is a Board Member and Co-founder of the Du Nord Foundation.

Under his leadership, KBCM has built a national utility, power and renewable energy practice, committed over $5.0 billion of KBCM’s balance sheet to utility and renewable energy clients, successfully advised numerous utility and renewable energy companies in private capital raises, acquisitions and divestiture assignments and structured and financed over 3.0 GW of renewable energy projects.

Mr. Redinger received a B.S. degree in Economics from Purdue University and holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University.

Evan joined Doral Renewables LLC as Chief Financial Officer in 2021 and is responsible for all financial activities of the firm. Prior to Doral, he worked for nearly seven years at Clearway Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CWEN) and its predecessors, most recently as VP of Finance and Head of Capital Markets, and prior to Clearway spent time in public accounting and transaction advisory at Ernst & Young. Evan possesses broad financial experience across the renewable and conventional energy generation industries having structured, negotiated, and executed over $25 billion in acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets transactions during his career. He holds an MBA in Energy Finance from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Boston College.

Mr. Daul has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Primergy Solar, a developer, owner and operator of both distributed and utility scale solar PV and energy storage projects across North America since May 2020. 

Prior to Primergy, Mr. Daul served as Vice President of Canadian Solar’s energy project development business throughout North and South America from March 2017 to May 2020, and was President of Recurrent Energy Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian Solar that functions as the company’s U.S. project development arm. Prior to Canadian Solar, Mr. Daul served as Senior Vice President, Americas Power Plants of SunPower Corporation from May 2015 to March 2017. In addition, Mr. Daul served on the Board of 8point3 Energy Partners LP, the publicly traded “yieldco” formed by SunPower Corporation and First Solar, Inc., from June 2015 to March 2017. Prior to joining SunPower, he co-founded Element Power in 2009 and oversaw the company’s wind and solar businesses in the Americas for five years. With more than three decades of experience in the power generation industry, Mr. Daul has been integrally involved in more than 11 gigawatts of operating wind, solar and battery energy storage projects representing well over $13 billion of total investment and is currently responsible for a 22GW portfolio of solar and battery energy storage projects, with over 1.7GW of solar and 1.5GWhrs of energy storage in under construction or in operations totaling over $2.2 billion of investment. A seasoned leader with an ability to execute complex transactions across diverse technologies and teams, Ty’s energy industry experience also includes seven years at Iberdrola Renewables Inc. (formerly PPM Energy Inc.), Entergy Corp. and Newport Generation Ventures, LLC. He is currently sits on the Board of Directors at LandBridgeCompany LLC (ticker symbol LB), a large land holdings company providing resources to the energy and datacenter industries; Shoals Technologies Group, Inc., a leading electrical balance of systems provider for solar, energy storage and eMobility (ticker symbol SHLS); InfinigenRenewables, a privately owned Puerto Rico based clean energy IPP; and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). 

He serves on the Audit Committee at both LandBridge and Shoals Technologies. Ty also served on the Wind Solar Alliance Board for more than seven years. He earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Texas A&M University

Bryan Didier is a Partner and the Managing Director of Energy at Monarch Private Capital. In addition to nearly two decades of legal experience in renewable energy and project finance, Bryan brings over 30 years of leadership experience to his role, including over 20 years of service as an officer in the US Navy. 

Bryan leads and manages Monarch’s energy tax practice, overseeing the origination and closing of transactions, working closely with investors, and serving as the primary point of contact for developers and service providers in the rapidly expanding “all-of-the-above” energy field. He is a frequent lecturer, speaker, and panelist at industry conferences and continuing legal education programs, including most recently on the policy, financial, and market impacts of the One Big Beautiful Bill. Bryan currently serves on several boards, including on the Board of Directors for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and Catholic Charities of NE Kansas Foundation; he is also an active member of the Renewable Energy Working Group, having contributed to several recent Congressional and Treasury letters.

Prior to joining Monarch, Bryan was a partner at Leverage Law Group, LLC, where since 2009 he developed and led the firm’s renewable energy practice with a particular emphasis on tax-credit-incentivized renewable energy transactions. His diverse client portfolio included tax credit investors, syndicators, renewable energy developers, lenders and non-tax equity investors. Bryan also has substantial experience in project finance and corporate governance, having previously served as in-house counsel at a publicly-held utility and a large private chemical manufacturer.

Before and during his civilian legal career, Bryan served for over 20 years on active and reserve duty in the US Navy, retiring with the rank of Commander. Assignments included multiple deployments to the Arabian Gulf as a helicopter pilot, a tour as an Admiral’s aide, instructor pilot duty, and billets in anti-terrorism and domestic casualty response. His military background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, strategic thinking and leadership.

Bryan graduated first in his class from the University of Kansas School of Law, received a BS in English with a French Minor from the United States Naval Academy, as well as a MS in Management from Troy State University.
